16 days of Activisms Commemoration day
Her Light Foundation Kenema City is honored to be in attendance at this significant event, commemorating the 16 Days of Activism organized by the District Security Committee Kenema in collaboration with Africell. The theme of this year's event, "Unite to End Digital Violence Against Women and Girls: Accelerating Actions to End Gender-Based Violence & Femicide," resonates deeply with our organization's commitment to promoting the rights and well-being of women and girls. We recognize the alarming rise of digital violence against women and girls, and we acknowledge the urgent need for collective action to address this scourge. As a foundation, we are dedicated to empowering women and girls, and we believe that ending digital violence is a critical step towards achieving this goal. We commend the District Security Committee Kenema and Africell for their tireless efforts in organizing this event and for their commitment to ending gender-based violence. We also appreciate the opportunity to join forces with other stakeholders to accelerate actions towards creating a safer and more equitable society for all. Let us unite in this fight against digital violence, and let us work together to create a world where women and girls can live free from fear, intimidation, and violence.
Thank you.

2. Reduced number of children engaged in child labour.
3. Strengthened community structures to prevent child labour.
